Terms & Conditions

By shopping with BUYHOLLA, you consent to the following terms:

1. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full before processing.

Prices are subject to change without prior notification.

Orders are confirmed solely after payment is received.

2. Stockpiling & Pick-Up Policy

Customers may retain orders for a maximum of 7 days (one week).

Within this timeframe, you must either:

Collect your order, or

Arrange delivery via our “Deliver My Order” service.

Orders not collected or delivered within 7 days will be resold. Their value will be retained as store credit, which must be utilized within 30 days (one month).

After 30 days, both the products and funds are forfeited. We will not provide refunds or honor claims.

3. Delivery

Delivery timeframes may differ based on location and logistics providers.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

Customers must supply accurate delivery details.

4. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final and not eligible for return or refund, unless an incorrect item was dispatched.

All pick-up orders must be verified before departing the store. Grievances concerning missing, faulty, or incorrect items will not be addressed after collection.

For delivery orders, any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

5. Product Availability

Products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will inform you and offer a substitute or store credit.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are accountable for supplying accurate personal and delivery information.

We are not responsible for complications resulting from incorrect details provided.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any harm, losses, or claims resulting from product misuse, delivery delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms and conditions as needed. Customers are advised to consult them periodically.
